Mobile Housing Navigation Center

The Mobile Housing Navigation Center was created as a partnership of the Metro Nashville Homeless Impact Division, Community Care Fellowship, Bellevue United Methodist Church, and City Road Chapel UMC. The goal of this project is to provide transitional housing for up to 15 people per site for up to 90 days as they move toward stable, permanent housing.

The City Road Chapel project is located on the third floor of our educational building and houses 15 guests along with two program staff that will be offering intensive guidance in helping these guests take the needed steps to move into permanent housing. Each guest will have their own space and will be given the resources needed to move them into a more stable situation.

Referrals for this program will be made through the Metro Nashville Homeless Impact Division’s Coordinated Entry program. The program is being operated by Community Care Fellowship under a grant from the Metro Nashville government.

For more information on the City Road Chapel site and program needs, please contact Jay Voorhees at jvoorhees@cityroadchapel.org.
