Pastor Rena Knight was appointed as the pastor at City Road Chapel, effective July 1, 2024. Rena previously served as the Youth Minister here at City Road Chapel from 2015-16 and has been on the staff at Trinity UMC and Gordon Memorial UMC. For the past several years, Rena has been the lead pastor at Elder’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Smyrna. Rena was also on staff at Neely’s Bend Middle School and comes to City Road with a wealth of experience and contacts with many families in the community. Rena is the first female pastor in the 175-year history of City Road Chapel.

Angie has been attending City Road since 2005. She and her husband, Kent, teach the youth Sunday School class and lead the youth music program. She began her position as office manager in August of 2025.
Brian Hanson
Music Director
Brian is a talented vocalist and pianist with many years of performing experience. He leads Sunday worship service with his wonderful music and songs.
