Wednesdays at the Well is our mid-week time of study, reflection, and play designed to help us grow in our faith in Jesus Christ. It is a time of gathering with others, drinking from the well of God’s grace as we share with one another about God’s work in our lives. We offer a variety of studies and experiences for all ages beginning at 6 p.m. each Wednesday night during the school year.
- Reaching Out With the Love of Christ
A report from ministries of love and justice in Middle Tennessee
We will be joined by representatives from a variety of service agencies, such as Project Transformation, Rooftop, Open Table, Community Care Fellowship, and several others to learn about their work in bringing mercy and justice to the people of Nashville. City Road Chapel is an active partner with many of these organizations, and all will be blessed by their stories of hope.
- Made to Make a Difference
All of our TnT and Youth will be meeting together for the first four weeks of Wednesday evenings this fall. They will be studying “Made to Make a Difference,” a video curriculum by Max Lucado and his daughter, Jenna Lucado Bishop. Wednesday nights for Youth and TnT also includes small group discussion time. Talk to Pastor Lori if you have questions or want to get more involved!
- Godly Play
Children ages 3—4th grade are invited to come experience God with Pastor Emily and other adults. We will hear about God’s story for us, our place in that story, and we will respond to God’s love for us through art and sharing. This class uses the Montessori method of learning, which relies on the senses to inform the brain of new information. We will also share a feast of fruit and cookies, and fellowship, each evening.
Nursery Care is offered for children birth-3 years of age from 6:00-7:30 p.m. each Wednesday.
Please e-mail Emily Reeves Grammer if you have questions about this program.
