What happens when the pastor of a mega church loses his faith? Discover one man’s life-changing journey to resolve his crisis of faith in Italy by retracing the footsteps of Francis of Assisi, a saint whose simple way of loving Jesus changed the history of the world.
Saint Francis was speaking to a world in time of transition, not unlike what we see today. This study will use Cron’s book on Saint Francis to think about what Francis might say to the church today.
Our weekly gatherings around this book are not a class, but rather a conversation about how is at work in our lives and in the church today.
Starting on October 8, we will meet each Sunday at 2 p.m. in the library at City Road Chapel United Methodist Church, or via zoom (login information below).
