The past 10 days or so have been interesting at City Road Chapel given the extreme weather and the failure of our HVAC systems and the bursting of pipes on the first floor of the Educational Building. This has led some to ask if we will be having worship on Sunday, January 1, 2023.
The answer is yes we will! Tomorrow the people of City Road Chapel UMC will gather at 9 a.m. to ring in the new year, celebrate Epiphany, and come to the table of the Lord.
So, have a great New Year’s Eve, but don’t forget to celebrate God’s making all things new tomorrow at 9 a.m.
