Our ministry partners at Open Table Nashville are hosting an event to feature the need for a variety of transitional housing options in Nashville. While we long for the day when there will be enough housing for all, until there is housing, we need to recognize that encampments will continue to exist and we need to find a way to make them safe and secure rather than criminalizing them. This event in our parking lot is open to all persons seeking to find solutions to the problem of homelessness in our community. Snacks and beverages will be available thanks to the Nashville Food Project and all are invited to bring a plain t-shirt to have screen printed.
