Dear City Road Chapel Child Development Center families,
Thank you to all our City Road CDC families for your patience. The decision to close this week was not an easy one. The CDC staff worked hard today-cleaning, purging to make sure it is safe and healthy for our students to return.
As of right now, City Road CDC will reopen on Monday, March 23 and we will be following a stringent plan:
- If DHS, Centers for Disease Control, Federal or State tells us we “have” to close-we will close.
- If someone in the center contracts the Coronavirus (child, adult, staff, etc), we close for however long the Centers for Disease Control tells us.
- A City Road CDC staff member will be doing health screenings at our door (i.e. fever, runny nose, lethargic, sneezing, coughing). You will be asked questions that were given to us by the Centers for Disease Control. Anyone sent home needs to return with a doctor’s note of ‘non-contagious’.
We want to stay open for those that need us. Please help us to make this happen.
If you have lost your job or have financial difficulties please email me or stop by my office so we can talk about your situation. If you know a family in our community of Madison that doesn’t have child care and needs it temporarily -please give them our number (615) 868-7878 or email address (d_iovino@cityroadchapel.org).
If you have any questions please let me know. We look forward to seeing on Monday!
Sincerely,
Diane Iovino
