Many in the City Road Chapel family remember the service of Dr. Lynn Hill as the senior pastor of the church back in the 1990’s. After a long service to the United Methodist Church, including work as a District Superintendent and more recently as the senior pastor of the Franklin First UMC, Lynn is retiring. The Franklin First UMC is hosting a retirement reception on June 23, 2018, and all are invited to attend.
