Discovering How To Study The Bible

Starting this Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 3 p.m. in the City Road Chapel Library, Pastor Jay Voorhees will be leading a conversation on how we go deeper in our understanding of scripture. This class is designed for both newcomers to the scriptures and those who have been reading the bible for years. The schedule for the class is as follows:

A Contemplative Approach to the Scriptures
Learning to Meditate on the Scriptures (Lectio Divina)
