Every week we get calls in the church office from folks who are wanting to attend our worship services on Sunday mornings (or participate in our Feast Community Meal) but who don’t have a way to get to the church. The Road Crew Transportation Team works to address these needs by providing bus service for folks needing a ride to church. Team members are assigned to drive on a set schedule on Sunday mornings and the Community Meal. Team members must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a criminal background check, and should have a spirit of hospitality in welcoming new people to our church.
We will be having an organizational meeting of the Road Crew Transportation Team on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 5 p.m. in the church library off the Welcome Center. We want to welcome anyone who thinks God is calling them to participate in this important ministry of our church.
