Can I get a witness?
We had a great service yesterday, culminated by the energetic singing of “This Little Light of Mine.” You never know what’s going to happen on any given Sunday, and yesterday God was present in a special way. If you weren’t here, you surely missed out.
Yesterday also saw the final performance of a 3 show run of The Music Man, which was a wonderful show. It was great to see all those performers who had given so much of their time and energy to bring joy to others. Likewise, it was great to see over 120 persons each night come to enjoy the show and support their friends and family on stage. We’re still calculating our proceeds after expenses, but it looks like we’ll be able to fund another round of bus passes for our Roll On ministry.
After such a full weekend I don’t really have a lot to say this morning, so I will let the Sensational Nightingales have the final word:
